For those managing complex dro machining tasks, spindle stability is a non-negotiable metric. This specific unit features a robust 2.2 Kw motor driving a modified step pully clutchless head. You get 16 distinct speeds ranging from 70 to 4620 RPM, giving operators exact control over the tool path. In each range the low speed is possible by engaging the back gear while the high speed is through spindle direct drive. This makes it highly versatile compared to a standard m1tr milling machine.

Analysis of the milling machine components reveals a strong focus on robustness. The X and Y slideways are combined with a Turcite-B coating and supplemented with chromed and hardened lead screws. This significantly reduces friction and wear, which translates to very little down time for maintenance over the long term.  Because of its size (1270 x 254 mm), the bed can easily handle large workpieces.
