Customer Service Co-ordinator

ATPL in sales & Service of Tool Room Machines since 25 years. We have a opening for Customer Service Co-ordinator.
Required Job Description as given below:
  • Excellent communication Skill - verbal & Writing.
  • Respond to customer enquiries, providing turnaround within two hours.
  • Develop and maintain a positive client relationship by providing routine follow-up customer service calls.
  • Documentation of service complain and assigning the taste to the service team member.
  • Document and escalate any customer service.
  • Participate in meetings to improve productivity, resolve customer service issues and manage workload of team.
  • Assist with training of new employees within department.
  • Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with those on your team, as well as cross functionally.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Professional

  • Customer service experience in an office setting.
  • Can calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions and percentages.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and stressful conditions.

Personal

  • Professional demeanor and attitude.
  • A fast learner who can quickly understanding and articulate new technologies and processes.

SALES COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:
  • Managing all the sales related activity of the company.
  • Handling a high volume of customer enquiries whilst providing a high quality of service to each caller.
  • Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.
  • Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
